What we collect

  • Account: your email and a hashed password (we never store it in plain text), and an optional display name.
  • Game data: the Genshin UID you provide and the public Character Showcase it returns (character levels, constellations, weapons, artifacts, stats) via Enka.Network.
  • Your content: teams you build and the messages you send to the AI guide.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service (e.g. a session cookie to keep you logged in).

How we use it

To provide the Service — import and display your roster, save your teams, and generate AI strategy advice. To generate a chat reply, we send the AI provider your message plus relevant roster context. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties we share with

  • AI provider (OpenAI / Anthropic, depending on configuration) — receives your chat messages and roster context to generate replies. Subject to their privacy terms.
  • Enka.Network & Project Amber — public Genshin data sources queried by the UID you provide.
  • Stripe — our payment processor for paid plans. If you subscribe, Stripe handles your payment details; we never see or store full card numbers. Subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Resend — sends transactional email (sign-up confirmation, password resets) to your address.

Where data lives & how long

Your data is stored in our application database on our own server infrastructure. We keep it while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account and data at any time (see Contact).

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

The Service isn’t directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
