1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Teyvat Tactician (the “Service”), operated by Teyvat Tactician (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. What the Service is — and isn’t
Teyvat Tactician is a fan-made companion tool for the game Genshin Impact. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HoYoverse / COGNOSPHERE. “Genshin Impact” and all related names, characters, artwork, and assets are the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of that IP and provide this tool for informational, fan use only.
3. AI-generated content
The Service’s chat and recommendations are produced by third-party AI models and are provided “as is.” They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying anything before relying on it. We don’t guarantee any outcome in the game.
4. Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. The Genshin UID you provide is used to fetch your public in-game Character Showcase via Enka.Network. You must have the right to use any UID you enter.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, no automated abuse of the AI features, and nothing that infringes others’ rights.
6. Subscriptions & billing
The Archon plan is $6 per month, billed through our payment processor (Stripe) and auto-renewing each monthuntil you cancel. The current price is always shown before you check out. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We’ll give notice before any price change.
7. Intellectual property
The Service’s own software, design, and original content belong to us. These Terms grant you no rights in any third-party IP (including HoYoverse’s). You retain your account data; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or USD $50 if you paid nothing).
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
